Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges of products purchased. However if you have any quality issues with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and issue and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Terms of Service

All furniture listings feature furniture in its second life. Slight imperfections can be expected, but free of damage and broken parts. Nationwide Shipping is available for all furniture listings and shipping will be charged separate from the original purchase. Shipping Policy

In-stock product orders will process and ship within 1 business day.  Special order items or made-to-order items ship within 5-7 business days.  Large furniture orders ship via private shippers and vary in ship time between 30-45 days.  Shipping charges are based on your location and weight of package.  We do our best to accurately calculate shipping charges but sometimes we are off.  Excess shipping overages will be refunded to the customer.  Email notices are sent when products ship.
